Brian Chastain, President

12 Years Industry Experience

Brian Chastain joined us as President in March 2020. Brian’s widely diverse experience includes operations and logistics management, field operations, business development, and direct sales with major oilfield services companies across the United States. He came to us from WWESCO USA Corporation, where he served as Northern US Operations manager.

Brian previously served in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of his career at Schlumberger, Cased-Hole Solutions, C&J Energy and KLX Energy Services. His charge at Dynamix includes developing and directing a full range of one-contact turnkey services for the broader energy industry, including engineering, field services, compliance and environmental planning, and smart data management.

Patty Sines, Vice President Finance

26 Years Industry Experience

Patty joined us as Vice President, Finance, in October 2020 to oversee the company’s capital programs, using her decades of industry experience to provide strategic insight and lead all financial and accounting efforts for the company. She came to us as a highly regarded senior financial manager with over twenty years of accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis experience.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Sines was the Senior Operations Controller for a major public oilfield services company, where she was instrumental in establishing effective operational reporting protocols for a complex business during times of expansion, acquisition, and merger. Her responsibilities there included providing sound financial leadership and developing an achievable long-range fiscal strategy. Prior to 2014, Ms. Sines held several positions of significant responsibility including Deputy Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Energy, and Global Financial Systems Engineer for Mylan Pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Sines holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from West Virginia University.

Dan Wallick, Head of Administration

6 Years Industry Experience

Dan Wallick joined our team in April of 2015, first working in operations, where he learned about the full range of engineering, technical, environmental, and data-management services in our offering. His success across multiple roles in the organization, his understanding of the company’s passion for excellence, and his continual drive to grow with the team led to his inevitable promotion to Head of Administration.

Dan has had an extensive range of hands-on experience with performance management, onboarding, recruiting, human resources compliance audits, handbook development, benefit administration, job analysis, payroll, and compensation design.

Prior to joining our firm Dan worked in Hotel and Resort Management for Fairmont Pittsburgh and Kiawah Island Golf Resort. His experiences with hospitality, service, and back-office support–all demanding a true understanding of customer care–were the perfect catalyst for a smooth transition to leadership at Dynamix.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University and is currently working toward final SHRM certification.

Colden Parker

Colden Parker, Head of Operations & EHS

15 Years Industry Experience

With over fifteen years in both public and private sectors in both the oil and gas and mining industries, Colden Parker has a proven history of opening clear lines of communication among clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done on budget and on time. Colden has experience in consulting, team building, professional development, environmental health and safety, strategic implementation, and inter- and intra-company collaboration. Colden has managed complex projects at Ascent Resources LLC, Patterson UTI, and Cargill. He holds a lengthy list of appropriate degrees and certifications necessary to accomplish even the most complex projects safely and a history of adhering to critical deadlines.

Colden has always been and remains an ardent champion of a positive safety culture, specializing in drilling operations and EHS for over fifteen years. He utilizes a proactive leadership approach that is team focused, ensuring that all team members are fully engaged in an integrated and cohesive approach, ensuring the best results and highest possible return on investment to the customer.

Duke Landry, Special Projects Manager

21 Years Industry Experience

Duke Landry is a veteran, goal-orientated, safety-first oil-and-gas professional with over twenty-one years’ experience in the upstream division covering completions, fracturing, interventions, workover, and wellhead services.

His deeply insightful, analytical, intuitive, and responsive approach as a consultant has brought him a history of success in determining actionable opportunities, discerning weaknesses and threats, and identifying core strengths that can improve completion efficiency and well deliverability. Duke has a decades-long background in drilling and wellhead design, frac stacks, mono lines and zipper manifolds. His knowledge in the areas of design and construction drives efficient well construction, insures operational safety, and helps achieve peak levels of operational performance. He has demonstrated an exceptional ability to implement advanced completion technologies and solutions needed to enhance well production and ultimate value to the end user. An innovative and persistent problem solver, he thrives on challenges, excels under pressure, and gets the job done. With outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, he is an enthusiastic and abundantly resourceful team builder and leader.
